“David wholly renovated our house. Instead of adding a room or expanding the home, we opened up the floor plan by removing some walls and incorporating a great room on the first floor with a kitchen, dining, and living room area. This change also allowed us to add a media room downstairs. We redesigned the second floor to have four bedrooms with their bathrooms and added a new primary suite with a double sink vanity, jacuzzi tub, and a standalone shower. We started from scratch in the backyard, removing everything and rebuilding, including the deck and pergola. The house hadn’t been updated in many years and was falling apart, so it was time for a change. Nick referred us to a designer who helped us make the right design choices, which was incredibly helpful as we have yet to gain design experience. We are delighted with the entire process.”
